Job Description:

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification : MBA/PGDM in Finance, ICWAI, CA (Preferable)

CTC : Up to 24LPA( Negotiable as per experience)

Years Of Experience : 10+years

Language Known : English / Hindi / Odia

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

- Responsible for all finance and accounting functions, including financial strategy, financial planning and ANALYSIS,

financial reporting, company audits and compliance.

- Accountable for day-to-day financial operations, all cash & treasury management, internal bookkeeping, taxation related

activities, budgeting, and financial reporting to drive the company's EBITDA(Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation,

and Amortization). health and growth.

- Responsible for contributing to the company's goals, objectives, business growth and expansion by providing strategic

financial models and develop necessary financial policies and procedures to ensure sound Financial Management and

Controls of the business.

- Lead the financial planning and forecasting process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and

assumptions.

- Collaborate with other departments to define budget goals, revenue targets, expense allocations, and capital investment

strategies while highlighting areas of improvement, potential risks, and recommended actions.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities, drive cost optimization initiatives, and monitor progress against predetermined targets.

- Collaborate with department heads to establish and manage budgets, providing guidance on financial targets and

expense management.

-Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

-Establish and monitor procedures for internal control and audit compliance.

 

Qualifications:

 

-Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.

-In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.

-Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.

-Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
