Job Description:

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

1. Candidate will be responsible for operation and maintenance of equipment’s, machinery, buildings, and other facilities of the company. 2. Planning of PPM schedule and getting it executed timely with internal technician and external service provider. 3. Provide training to on-site teams on equipment procedures and implementation. 4. Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings. 5. Preparing the budget and monitoring the expenses. 6. Implementing SOP, various checklist and reports. 7. Internal modification of facility, planning, preparing the layout, BOQ preparing, vendor selection and execution of works. 8. Handling of government agency related to Facility maintenance, Electricity board, Electrical inspector and pollution control board. 9. Handling of housekeeping and security team. 10. Managing the company vehicle maintenance. 11. Assisting in various company events and exhibition. 12. Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in EXCEL, WORD, Power Point, and MS Project 13. Must be quality and safety oriented. 14. Ensure the implementation and management of Risk and Safe work practices to reduce any interruption to operations. Profile Expectation: 1. Graduation (Preferably Electrical / Mechanical Engineering) with 8 to 12 years of experience in Facility Management and Administration in manufacturing industry. 2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements. 3. Knowledge of Labor laws and related statutory compliances. 4. Proven experience in developing ideas and implementing change and new initiatives 5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines 6. Proven ability in judgment / decision making on a variety of issues within tight deadlines. 7. Strong interpersonal, report writing and statistical analysis skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. 8. Proven ability in multitasking and prioritizing workload. 9. Proficient in MS Office applications
