Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Serve as a point of contact for distributors, coordinating orders, addressing inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Communicate regularly with distributors to gather feedback, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with distributors and logistics partners to ensure seamless distribution of materials and products.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and sales, to support business objectives and customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
