The “Sr. Executive – marketing” must fulfill the assigned responsibilities and  follow the direction of his immediate “Supervisor “and operate in accordance with the Company’s Procedure, Policies, HSE Standards and Quality Management System.

 

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Specialist – Special Purpose Machine Industry

Overview:

  • Drive business growth in the special-purpose machine industry by managing lead generation, building client relationships, and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research and develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Enablement: Execute lead-generation campaigns, qualify leads, and support sales team efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Content Creation & Digital Marketing: Create content for digital channels, manage the company's online presence, and execute SEO/SEM strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track performance metrics, analyze campaign success, and report on results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally with industrial/technical products.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and content creation.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A proactive, results-driven professional with a strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing in a technical industry setting.
