1) Ability to drive team to achieve numbers. 
2) Should be Willing to work in Rotational shift(including Night shift).
Willing to work in high pressure environment. 
3) Able to go extra mile to set up the business and drive numbers. Client
interaction coaching /Training team.
4) Should have handled a 15-20 member team
5) Should have worked in Outbound sales domestic Insurance environment
6) Excellent Written and spoken communication skills in English & Hindi
