Senior Manager - Ops
Job Description:
a. Should have been in Manager role for at-least 2 – 3 years.
b. Experience in managing General Insurance setup is mandatory (at-least 2 years in managerial role).
c. Should have handled a Team size of minimum 150 staff (Agents/TLs/Managers).
d. Sales experience is must.
e. Salary will be upto 12 Lakhs.
