Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team.

The Sales Manager will oversee a team of Sales Executives and ensure the successful promotion and sale of our products, including Artificial Grass, Acoustic Panels, and Carpet Tiles.

The primary responsibility will be to drive the team towards achieving sales targets and objectives.

 

Responsibilities

● Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize sales revenue and market share.

● Connect with Sales Executives twice daily (morning and evening) to gather updates on daily targets and activities.

● Provide daily sales reports to senior management and leads, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

● Prepare concise sales reports on a weekly basis, summarizing key performance metrics, trends, and insights.

● Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

● Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

 

Requirements

● Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.

● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.

● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

● Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

● Experience in providing sales training and coaching is an advantage.

Proficiency in South Indian languages is an added advantage.
