Job Description:
Business Growth: To increase business Volume, MS% & Disbursement Value at each
designated dealerships in the division.
To establish and maintain business strategies to meet MS% Targets.
Seamless management of Smart branch and carrying out supervisory responsibilities in
accordance with the Business policies.
Synergy: To enhance synergy between the dealer
To handle customer, employee, product & process related objections and resolve it.
Portfolio Management: To ensure the quality of the portfolio for the 1 st 11 months.
Productivity measurement: To ensure that each employee productivity is improved
month on month through coaching and mentoring.
Divisional policy: To ensure the implementation of the divisional policy for smooth
operations.
