Job Description:
- Monitor, maintain and improve all monthly reports and MIS and processes across portfolios and ensure its effectiveness.
- Support any Adhoc deep dive data compliance analysis & check on portfolio matrices
- Track and improve key performance indicators, productivity/FOS reports.
- Provide analytical solutions through statistical modelling, compliance policy and strategy, reporting and data analysis for the TW & CV business
- Build statistical models like Application Score, Behaviour Score, Fraud Scores, etc.
- Build, monitor, validate and track defined compliance check points.
- Work closely with sales and product team to understand their process and provide monthly reports accordingly.
- Provide early warning signals using data analysis and segmentations and highlight so that can take pro-active policy actions as and when required.
- Work closely with Product, IT, Sales to ensure hygiene check.
- Ongoing liaising with IT, Sales, RCU and Audit teams to ensure all policies, processes, data flow are working efficiently and all required changes are build and implemented suitably
- Project Management – Run and Support Various Compliance projects. Work with specific business units to enable them to deploy solutions
