Job Description:
Remote Monitoring [Mumbai] ▪ Monitoring of Plant operating & analytical parameters.
▪ Ensuring continuous data feed to the system.
▪ Validating the data fetched on remote monitoring system. Sekura India Management Limited Page 3 of 5
▪ Observing & informing site asset management team for breakdown/underperformance visible on CMS platform.
▪ Issuing tickets for events of underperformance and following up until receipt of closure & remark from site asset management team. 2. Data Management
▪ Ensuring all the reports [Daily Generation Report, JMR’s, DSM’s etc.] are timely uploaded in respective folders by respective teams & checking the consistency.
▪ Maintaining comprehensive folders/filing system for data storage ▪ Ensuring data file nomenclatures are as per standard nomenclature used in organization.
▪ Ability to provide quick access to any data required at any point of time. ▪ Ability to crunch the raw data and extract the exact data required for analysis as guided. 3. Assistance for Performance Analysis
▪ Understanding and carrying out all tasks given. ▪ Preparation of documents and reports as needed. ▪ Highlighting the plant underperformance observed in the system.
▪ Supporting with data mining, data crunching and support in evaluation of energy yield analysis. 4. Co-ordination & Scheduling
▪ Ensuring co-ordination between Operations Team & CMS Team
▪ Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. ▪ To take up issues with CMS, QCA and other vendors as needed
▪ Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments after checking availability of required members.
▪ Ensuring minutes are noted down during every meeting, circulated and status is updated & followed up at regular intervals
. ▪ Conveying the inputs/problems in CMS system faced by site team to HO & CMS vendors
