Job Description:

• Regular verification / scrutiny of accounting data prepared by junior accounts personnel.
• Preparation of financial statements, management reporting (periodical and annual).
• Preparation of data for finalization of accounts, audit, tax filings.
• Preparation of data for GST compliances (periodical and annual).
• TDS compliances, reconciliations, filings, salary verifications.
• Drafting and representation skills (preliminary) for handling legal matters / notices, etc.
• Preparation of data / documents for banking credit facilities, insurance matters, operational licenses

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum core experience of 5 years with a freight forwarding firm with ability to review and analyses data, preparation and finalization of accounts, hands on with tax and GST compliances.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English with reasonable drafting and presentation skills.
• Computer and IT systems savviness.
• Hands on experience with Logi-Sys ERP.

Other Details 

• Qualification : Commerce graduate with managerial level accounting and industry experience of minimum 5 years
• Gender : Male / Female 
• Work Timings : 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday of every month is non-working)
• Work Location : Andheri East, Mumbai
