Job Description:

Designation : EM Commercial automation

Location -BKC

Experience: 3.0 Year(s) To 7.0 Year(s)

Work Time -10 AM - 8 PM or 11 AM - 9 PM 

Work Days - Monday to Friday

It will be on role of Talisman HR Solutions Pvt Ltd payroll and auto renewable contract 

Key job responsibilities:

  • Analyze and support the execution of existing campaigns and planned launches in countries.
  • Review the technology stack, and coordinate the design, implementation, and testing of new integrations on SFDC platforms such as internal tools, Websites, and Power BI to optimize campaign performance and pipeline generation.
  • Lead the design and implementation of enhancements to SFDC's existing features and the conceptualization and execution of nurturing and scoring program strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the Sales force effectiveness in SFDC and SMARTREP-related digital applications with a focus on data quality and system performance.
  • Drive the correct usage of related platforms by documenting processes, creating templates, providing regular live training, and educating marketing and sales users via the development of training materials and best practices.
  • Support demand generation programs using all our defined KPI metrics, ensuring database cleanliness, effectiveness in campaigns, and conversion rates.
  • Implement best practice processes to account for appropriate tactics to optimize sales management processes and address anticipated roadblocks.
  • Responsible for sales management-related training programs to enhance understanding and effectiveness of platforms, and dashboard tools across EM affiliates.
  • Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of data workflows between the LMS and PowerBI and SMARTREP.
  • Project Management from data consolidations to extractions as visualized dashboards for SLT presentations.

Background prerequisite:

  • 3-4 years of specialist experience in salesforce effectiveness, insights, analytics, and CRM management (experience in salesforce.com) or a combination of them.
  • Proven track record in the development of processes, workflows in general, and sales management tools in particular
  • In-depth understanding of commercial functions, their cross-linkages, and overall integration
  • Understanding of business analytics and insights generation from commercial effectiveness analytics and data insights/findings
  • Proficiency in building and using power BI
