- Technical Support Specialist with over 8 years of experience in providing technical assistance and business development support.
- To demonstrate a proven track record in improving customer satisfaction, driving sales, and enhancing product adoption.
- Seeking to leverage technical expertise and business acumen to contribute to the success of the Company.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify customer needs and tailor technical solutions that drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for in-house and potential clients, enhancing product adoption and satisfaction.
- Analyse customer feedback and work with the product team to implement improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights for strategic planning.
