Job Description:
- Responsible for Centralized Stamping Management of Pan india including Stamping within TAT, Timely Working Advance required, Time release Funds to vendors, timely procurement of Stamps.
- Receive and storage of centralized stamping physical stamp papers from vendors.
- Monthly recon Centralized stamping and share data to Finance Team
- Ensure files receive at ho with 30 Days from disbursement date.
- All Received RTO Documents Complete Hind sighting within TAT and publish Discrepancy MIS to field for collect repaired documents from sales team.
- Ensure All Received file documents stored with Vendor.
- Monthly review Entire Process and review automation possibilities
- Preparation and presentation of Monthly PPT to Senior management
- Resolve Customer ICRM Requests Within TAT with 100% Quality
- Handle Loan cancellation activity within TAT as per RBI Compliance
- Review with Vendors for improvement quality and TAT.
- Explore opportunities of automation, Preparation of BRD, review UD, Testing in UAT and confirm Production deployment.
- Timely review Process notes and SOP’s
- Ensure Authorization of Customer demographic details and vehicle details as per standard check points
- Monthly Preparation of provision and sharing the same with Finance team for Centralized operations
- Monthly Process centralize operations vendor Bills
- Timely providing Loan Stationery to Sales team
