SR. AREA MANAGERS - SPECIFICATIONS
Job Description:
Must have handled Project and Retail Sales
Should have handled a team of atleast 2-3 members.
Must be able to guide the team in both projects and Retail Sales.
Excellent sales track record in project sales
Excellent Presentation Skills
Ability to negotiate large and complex deals.
Build a strong base of end-user networks for business opportunities and requirements
Should have good Communication and negotiation skills
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Should be a concept Seller
Should conduct regular carpenter meet/vendor meet
Should have an ability to present the product in-front of diversified customers
Must have COMPULSORILY worked with Architects and Influencers in their respective cities and they must have a good knowledge of A, B and C class Architect and must have a good Architects and Builders database with them.
Preferred:
Industry: Sanitary/Lights/tiles/Expensive Paints/Building Aesthetics/New Concept Furniture/Consumer Electronics/Automotive Industry
Age: Between 35 to 40 years
Work location: Bommasandra Indl. Estate, Bangalore
Must have own transport
Should be proficient with laptop and other gadgets
Excellent is English and local language
