Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Network Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new Retailers to join our retail network. Develop strategies to expand our retail presence and increase market penetration
  • Retailers Training: Design and implement training programs for Retailers to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities. Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and coaching
  • Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to attract new Retailers and customers. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals

 

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications-Any, Diploma holders and above preferred , Otherwise relevant experience is expected
