Job Description:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. KYC Collection: Oversee and verify employee KYC documents.
  2. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns; ensure a positive work environment.
  3. Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing; resolve discrepancies.
  4. HR Administration: Maintain employee records and manage onboarding and offboarding.
  5. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and support managers in reviews.
  6. HR Strategy: Contribute to HR strategies and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of HR policies and legal requirements.
  2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.

Other Details:

  • Candidate should be able to take calls with staff queries. Should be knowledgeable with HR functions of a factory worker and factory staff. Language preferred Marathi. 
  • Work Timings – 9 am to 6 pm
  • Working Days – 6 days
  • Work Location – Asangaon. (Interview may take place at Mulund office also)
