Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- KYC Collection: Oversee and verify employee KYC documents.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns; ensure a positive work environment.
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing; resolve discrepancies.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records and manage onboarding and offboarding.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and support managers in reviews.
- HR Strategy: Contribute to HR strategies and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of HR policies and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
Other Details:
- Candidate should be able to take calls with staff queries. Should be knowledgeable with HR functions of a factory worker and factory staff. Language preferred Marathi.
- Work Timings – 9 am to 6 pm
- Working Days – 6 days
- Work Location – Asangaon. (Interview may take place at Mulund office also)
