Opening for Jr. HR Executive for a client place at Asangaon with a Manufacturing Company

Job Description:

• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Conducted employee onboarding and helped organize training & development initiatives.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Undertake tasks around performance management.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team-building activities
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Have handled more than 200 employees.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
• Additional HR training will be a plus

Other details:

• Work Timings – 9 am to 6 pm
• Working Days – 6 days (1 week off between Mon to Fri)
• Work Location – Asangaon
• For initial 3 months required to travel byculla for training period, and post training once a week
