Job Description:

Job Purpose: The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the corporate office environment.

Job Description:

 Managing inventory of office supplies and stationary items, including ordering and restocking as needed.

 Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments.

 Ensuring cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including coordinating with housekeeping staff for regular maintenance.

 Overseeing the management of incoming and outgoing couriers, including tracking deliveries and ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate recipients.

 Assisting in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and documents.

 Welcoming and assisting high-profile guests and visitors to the office.

 Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.

 Providing administrative support to various departments as required.

 Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Major Areas of Responsibility

 Office supply management

Qualifications and Experience

 Any Graduate; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

 Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office suite and inventory management software.
