Roles

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes within our company. Your primary objective will be to ensure efficient operations, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.

- Manage and optimize production processes to achieve operational efficiency and minimize waste.

- Supervise a team of production supervisors and operators, providing leadership and guidance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure product specifications and standards are met.

- Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet production targets.

- Lead initiatives to improve production methods, equipment utilization, and workflow efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all production activities.

- Oversee inventory management and procurement of materials to support production schedules.

- Drive cost reduction strategies without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

- Mentor and train production staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Skills Required :

- 6-7 years of progressive experience in production management within the furniture industry or cut and sew industry.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, finishing, and quality control.
