Job Description:
- Execution, planning, designing and managing the construction / designing Architectural projects
- Responsible to create detailed drawings and specifications, as well as oversee the construction process to ensure the final product meets the design standards.
- Collaborate with the projects team to ensure design integrity and Quality
- Conduct site visit and surveys to gather information necessary for design development
- Ensure compliance with Building codes and regulations and Laws
- Maintain accurate Project documentation, including drawings, specifications and project correspondence
- Co-ordinate and deal with Structural Consultant, MEPF and PEB Consultants
- Prepare Architectural Design or GFC Drawings (Floor Plans, Section, Detailing as per facades and as per project requirements
- Finalize the master plan as per the Site conditions and utility requirements to achieve maximum ground Coverage

- Proficient in Autocad / Revit / 3D / Sketch / Coral Draw and structural drawings
