- Responsible for handling the Technical Services for multiple states in the assigned region.
- Team Handling
- Developing strategies for enhancing premium product sales across the unit
- Engaging and motivating a team towards achieving targets and enhancing brand promotion through relationship building with key influencers, engineers, architects, contractors, masons, etc.
- Providing technical services to the end users like Individual House Builders (IHB) and in Project sites through regular visits to their sites giving support by guiding the Painters/Applicators working at the site
- Handling the techno commercial and promotional activities in the region
- Developing and maintaining relationships with various key influencers and project consultants led to procuring vital high volume orders during lean season.
- Organizing and conducting factory visits of masons to ensure their loyalty.
- Providing technical support to direct users & helping them in getting better quality for maintaining good relations.
- Developing strategies for ensuring brand promotion
- Providing technical services to the end users like Individual House Builders (IHB) and in Project sites through regular visits to their sites giving support by guiding the masons working at the site about the proper construction practices, selection & usage of appropriate building materials
