Job Description:

Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Malad
Salary: best in industry (It will be on Talisman HR payroll)
Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com or BA)
Experience: 5 years
Work Timings: 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., 5 days a week
Language Fluency: Good command of English

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Management:

   • Handle leave and attendance management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
   • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
   • Generate various HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates.

2. Database Management:

   • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) software.
   • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality of employee information.

3. Excel Proficiency:

   • Utilize Excel proficiently for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining HR metrics.
   • Prepare and analyze reports related to attendance, leaves, and other HR data as required.

4. General HR Support:

   • Assist in conducting employee orientation programs and training sessions.
   • Support in handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
   • Coordinate with other departments for seamless HR operations and employee engagement activities.
