Job Description:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for construction chemicals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic business plans.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and consultants.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives for construction chemical products.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as a key point of contact for existing and potential clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

Product Promotion and Marketing:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote Ascolites construction chemical products.

Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Forecast sales targets and contribute to the budgeting process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development and sales within the construction chemicals industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction materials and chemicals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
