Job Description:
QA Responsibilities:
Quality |
Training |
Call Monitoring and Feedback |
Train the new joiners |
Ensure Quality SLA’s are met |
Manage training throughput |
Call Calibration |
Organize refreshers |
Manage compliance for the process |
Manage certification of associates |
Identify the Training needs for the teams |
Monitor calls / Take inputs from Ops and quality for TNI |
Certification of all associates post training |
Ensure all SOP’s are executed properly |
Preparing data/deck for review |

Technical Skills
- Proven work experience as a QA (Preferably in a Collections process)
- Adept in sharing feedback
- Should be familiar with the quality tools and standards
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office
- Excellent Communication Skills (Spoken & Written)
Additional Details:
- Shift Time: Morning Shift 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work location: Associate should be flexible to work in Nashik for next one year
- Should be working as a QA in a Collections process
