As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company. This role requires a blend of relationship management, sales acumen, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and meetings.
Proactively address any client concerns or issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities by researching and analysing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve targets.
Strategic Planning:
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion.
Provide input and feedback on service development, marketing strategies, and pricing decisions based on client feedback and market insights.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance metrics, client feedback, and market trends to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
Use data and insights to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies accordingly.
