Job Description:

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential real estate sales, a deep understanding of the Kolkata market, and proven leadership skills to manage and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

Market Analysis and Business Development:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients in the Kolkata residential real estate market.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, brokers, and industry professionals.

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure the sales team provides exceptional customer service and maintains strong client relationships.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales performance and client interactions.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring:

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals.

Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive sales.
  • Provide insights on market demand and client preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Kolkata residential real estate market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Established network of contacts within the Kolkata real estate industry.
  • Experience in digital marketing and sales techniques.
