- Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Working Days – Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the senior management team to formulate comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and brand identity.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing plans.
2. Brand Management:
- Uphold and enhance The Nutcracker's brand image and positioning through consistent messaging, design, and customer experience.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure all marketing materials maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
- Monitor online presence and engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to comments, inquiries, and reviews.
4. Content Creation:
- Create engaging and compelling content for both online and offline channels, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
5. Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and establish partnerships with local influencers, organizations, and businesses to expand The Nutcracker's reach and enhance its reputation.
6. Event Planning and Promotion:
- Conceptualize and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and special initiatives to attract footfall and drive sales.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of marketing-related events and promotions.
7. Marketing Analytics:
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing key metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize future strategies.
8. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Prerequisites:
Qualifications:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
✓ Proven experience in marketing and branding, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
✓ Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and content creation.
Skills:
✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✓ Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts.
✓ Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.
✓ Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
✓ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
✓ Familiarity with the Mumbai market and consumer preferences is advantageous.
