Job Description:
Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist (Female Only)
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Role & Responsibilities:
- Client Inquiries: Handle and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the procedures for the services offered.
- Meeting Coordination: Persuade and convince clients to schedule meetings with the appropriate departments or representatives.
- Follow-Up: Regularly follow up on inquiries to ensure client satisfaction and to address any further questions or concerns.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Eligibility:
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English is essential.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in client relations or a similar field is preferred.
- Qualifications: No specific qualifications are required beyond the experience.
- Location: Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad.
