Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead conversion rates,
ensuring the efficient handling of leads generated from our digital campaigns (Facebook Ads,
Google Ads).
Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the call centre team, including recruitment, training,
and performance management of call centre agents.
Process Optimization: Establish and refine outbound sales processes, call scripts, and lead
management workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Performance Tracking: Set KPIs and track the performance of the sales team, regularly
analysing conversion rates, response times, and customer satisfaction levels.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on lead conversion
progress, sales outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead
generation campaigns and sales efforts, ensuring a seamless transition from lead acquisition
to conversion.
Customer Relationship Management: Manage and maintain relationships with prospects
and customers, ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Technology Integration: Utilize CRM systems and sales tools effectively to track leads and
manage sales pipelines.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in outbound sales management, preferably within the
telecommunications, ed-tech or premium credit card companies.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing and leading call centre teams to achieve and
exceed sales targets.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques, lead conversion
strategies, and sales process optimization.
