Job Title:
Restaurant Manager
Location: 17, Road, Khar
Opening at a Cocktail Bar & Restaurant serving modern European cuisine.

Compensation & Benefits:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Restaurant Manager Role. 
Work Timings: 10 + 1 hour shift, concluding by 1:30 to 2:00 AM
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Overview:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning, top-notch customer service, and financial profitability. This role demands strong leadership, operational acumen, and the ability to create a welcoming and efficient dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Supervise daily operations across kitchen, dining, and bar areas to ensure efficiency and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Inventory & Cost Control: Manage inventory levels and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff to maintain smooth operations and a high level of service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Menu & Promotions: Collaborate with chefs and the marketing team on menu development and promotional strategies to enhance the dining experience.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, expense tracking, and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer service and financial management.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and tools.
  • Fluent in English with a dynamic personality. 
  • Industry experience in hospitality, especially in cocktail bars, fine dining, or casual dining establishments, is highly preferred.
