Sales & Business Development Executive
Job Description:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities for comparator/reference drugs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the pharmaceutical sector to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients, key stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth.
Represent the company at pharmaceutical exhibitions and trade shows, engaging with potential clients, showcasing comparator/reference drugs, and generating leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives in the pharmaceutical sector.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts focusing on comparator/reference drugs to prospective pharmaceutical clients.
Negotiate terms and agreements with pharmaceutical clients to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pharmaceutical market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Provide regular updates and reports on pharmaceutical sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
Assist in the management of accounts receivable related to pharmaceutical sales and follow up on outstanding payments as necessary.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Fresher’s OR Candidate with 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with pharmaceutical clients and colleagues.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the pharmaceutical sector.
In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within and attend pharmaceutical exhibitions and trade shows as require
