Job Description:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities for comparator/reference drugs.

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the pharmaceutical sector to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical clients, key stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth.

 Represent the company at pharmaceutical exhibitions and trade shows, engaging with potential clients, showcasing comparator/reference drugs, and generating leads.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives in the pharmaceutical sector.

 Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts focusing on comparator/reference drugs to prospective pharmaceutical clients.

 Negotiate terms and agreements with pharmaceutical clients to close sales deals and achieve revenue targets.

 Track and analyze sales performance metrics, pharmaceutical market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.

 Provide regular updates and reports on pharmaceutical sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.

 Assist in the management of accounts receivable related to pharmaceutical sales and follow up on outstanding payments as necessary. 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

 Fresher’s OR Candidate with 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with pharmaceutical clients and colleagues.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the pharmaceutical sector.

 In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical market landscape, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

 Willingness to travel within and attend pharmaceutical exhibitions and trade shows as require
