Job Description:
- Installation: Installing and mounting CCTV cameras, monitors, and recording devices
- Configuration: Configuring and programming CCTV systems
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on CCTV systems
- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and fixing issues with CCTV systems
- Documentation: Creating detailed documentation of installed systems
- Technical support: Providing technical support to clients
- Collaboration: Working with project managers, security personnel, and other stakeholders
- Training: Training clients on how to use the systems
- Service calls: Responding to service calls outside of normal business hours
- Health and safety: Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to relevant health and safety codes
- Paperwork: Completing necessary paperwork and service sheets
