Experience: 1 to 5 yrs experience in Business development, Lead generation, Digital Marketing, LinkedIn networking, Cold calling, Email marketing automation, CRM Lead management.
Work type: Remote / work from office in Pimpri, Pune.
Job profile:
Responsible for new client acquisition / business development activities for Recruitment firm from both IT and Non-IT industries.
Research the market, identify the potential leads, Contact the clients, introduce Align services and solutions.
Responsible for B2B Lead generation through Digital Marketing activities (includes SEO, SMM, LinkedIn networking, Cold calling, Email marketing automation).
Knowledge of Lead management CRM to handle lead pipeline.
Managed proposal creation, commercial discussions, and contract finalization.
Develop & maintain long-term client relationships with new & existing client and ensured high client satisfaction.
Collaborated with recruitment teams to ensure quality profile delivery within defined timelines.
