Job Description:
 The Incident Manager adheres to the set policies, processes, and systems for the delivery and implementation of a quality incident management processes
• The incident manager is responsible for overseeing the coordination, planning, and organization of resources for the resolution of Incidents.

The Incident Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all IT incidents.
 
Function Responsibility
 
Role includes declaring the incident as a major incident and ensuring that the MIM process is followed and the incident is resolved at the earliest.
Manage & Drive Technology related major incidents
Manage incident progress, and establish Internal & external progress updates & flash periodic updates
Ability to take ownership and be accountable for an incident / task.
Support multiple Major & Critical Incident Bridges, when needed
Experience in Service incident reporting and drive improvement actions
Lead post incident review meeting with the technology stakeholders
Monitoring the effectiveness of the incident management process and making recommendations for improvement
Coordinating interfaces between incident management and other service management processes
Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process
Producing management information
