Qualification: Any graduate

Working days: Mon to Fri

Working Time: 09:30 am to 06:30pm

Location :Mulund West, Nearest Railway Station : Nahur.


Role Description : This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Mumbai. The
Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing PPC campaigns,
order processing, troubleshooting marketplace challenges on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart,
eBay, and 1mg, and driving brand visibility and awareness through remarketing strategies. The
Ecommerce Manager will also oversee influencer engagement and ensure seamless last-mile
deliveries.

Job Description :
Marketplace Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new online marketplaces, including
researching and defining the platform numbers to be onboarded.
• Brand Registry: Manage the brand registry process to protect our intellectual property and brand
identity.
• Product Listing: Create and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and sales.
• Listing Reinstatement: Work on reinstating listings in case of any issues or suspensions.
• Account Reinstatement: Ensure the timely reinstatement of marketplace accounts, if required.
• Account Health Monitoring: Monitor account health metrics on a daily or alternate basis and take
necessary actions to maintain a positive account status.
• Inventory Management: Track stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team to
prevent stockouts.
• Listing Optimization: Implement SEO strategies and optimize backend details to improve
product discoverability.
• Pricing Strategy: Finalize selling prices based on cost considerations, ensuring competitive
pricing in the market.
• Platform Commission & Costs: Understand and manage various platform commissions and
associated costs.
• Discounts: Plan and execute pricing discounts, MRP/SP discounts, and coupon promotions to
drive sales.
• Competitors Data: Gather and analyze data on competitor strategies and pricing. • Media
Planning for Brands: Develop and execute comprehensive media campaigns, including detailed
keyword research and optimization.
