Job Description:
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handholding the New employees, ensuring their productivity and focus on attrition control
2. Conducting Training for internal Employees on products, process and skill development
3. Providing Training to the Employees especially Advisory & Sales
4. Sharing information about Equity, Derivative’s, TPP, Commodities & currency
5. Engaging Trainees with eLearning and digital marketing
6. It will require to travel to branches in Maharashtra region for training and when needed to other locations
Skills Required:
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related
field. Relevant certifications in training and development will be a plus.
o Strong understanding of sales techniques, product marketing, and
broking knowledge is a must
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt
the training approach to diverse audiences.
o Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with
stakeholders.
o Proficiency in using training tools, learning management systems (LMS),
and multimedia software.
o Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part
of a team.
o Flexibility to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions
