Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients through digital channels (email, chat, video, and phone).

Understand customer needs and offer tailored banking solutions.

Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and efficient manner.

 

2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Achieve sales targets by cross-selling and upselling bank products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investments.

Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for product promotion and service enhancements.

Ensure that all transactions are carried out within the regulatory and policy guidelines.

 

3. Digital Engagement and Support:

Utilize digital tools and channels to improve customer engagement and experience.

Educate customers on using digital banking tools and services, promoting self-service and e-banking solutions.

Monitor and analyze customer activity to identify trends and improve service delivery.

 

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and ensure data privacy.

 

5. Reporting and Performance Tracking:

Track and report customer interaction metrics and outcomes.

Provide regular updates and reports on performance and customer feedback to the management.
