Position:           Sales Manager (Inside)

Experience:      10 - 12 Years

Industries:       Rubber 

 Responsibilities:  

• Team Management:
• Supervise and motivate inside sales representatives.
• Set performance goals and evaluate team members.
• Sales Strategy:
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Sales Operations:
• Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems.
• Training and Development:
• Provide product knowledge and sales skills training.
• Coach team members to improve performance.
• Quotation:
• Provide Quotation to costumers

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Gem.
• Experience in manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of sales automation tools.
• Certification in sales management

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Any

Salary :-  Upto 8.40 LPA
