Back Office Coordinator
Job Description:
- Liasoning with Fujitec Head office on installation of equipment’s at various sites
- Interacting with customers for payment follow-up
- Monitories projects work progress with site engineers
- Generating reports on the collection, work progress, man hours deployment/utilization
- Generating PR/MR/ Material Issue request in ERP and material tracking with HO
- Coordinate with Sales for work order/documents maintenance
- Capital tools monitoring/certification
- Safety / Training reports of installation team follow ups
- Coordinate with ISO coordinator for IQA and ISO activities
- Handling vendor details/Registration/development
- Assisting day to day work of HOD-FOD
- Interacting with other department for smoother functioning of the FOD department
- Any other works assigned by Branch Head/ reporting officer from time to time
Other Detalis:
- Work Location : Andheri Mumbai
- Working Days : 6 days ( 2nd & 4th Saturday off)
- Working Time : 09.00 AM to 05.30 PM
