Position:           Production Supervisor

Location:          Takwe - Pune

Experience:       1 - 2 Years

Industries:        Rubber 

 Responsibilities:  

• Production Planning:
• Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., quality, maintenance).
• Team Management:
• Supervise and train production staff.
• Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and address concerns.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure products meet quality standards.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Reduce waste, increase efficiency, and optimize resources.

Required Skills:

• Supervise and coordinate production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc - Chemistry/Diploma - Chemical

Salary :-  Upto 3.00 LPA
