Manager of Business Strategy and Analysis|Delhi-NCR
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Manager of Business Strategy and Analysis to support our strategic decision-making. This role will be responsible for analysing key business data, developing insights, and creating strategic recommendations to drive growth and operational improvements. The ideal candidate brings 3-4 years of experience, ideally from a consulting background, with demonstrated expertise in data modelling, Excel, and presentation creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis on market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and internal performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Presentations & Reporting: Create and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Field Team) to support and align strategic initiatives.
- KPI Development & Tracking: Define, measure, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress against strategic goals and report on business performance.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a top consulting firm or strategic function.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong presentation skills with experience creating professional presentations for C-level audiences.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL or R is a plus.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and translate complex analyses into actionable insights and strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy in handling complex data and analysis.
