Job Description:
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs,
financial goals, and risk tolerance.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
and timely communication.
Handle inquiries related to portfolio management, transactions, market trends, and new
investment opportunities.
Sales and Business Development
Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities, including high-net-worth individuals
(HNIs) and institutional clients.
Cross-sell and upsell relevant investment products, services, and solutions tailored to the
client’s needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies, presentations, and
campaigns.
Advisory and Financial Planning
Provide clients with market insights, financial advice, and trading strategies based on
thorough research and analysis.
Help clients create diversified portfolios and recommend products such as equities, mutual
funds, bonds, and derivatives.
Monitor market trends, stock performance, and regulatory changes to provide timely advice.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure all transactions and recommendations comply with BSE guidelines, SEBI regulations,
and firm policies.
Monitor client accounts for potential risks and advise on necessary adjustments based on
market conditions.
Maintain records of interactions, transactions, and documents as per regulatory and company
requirements.
Client Education and Support
Educate clients on stock market basics, trading platforms, and the benefits of different
financial products.
Guide clients on the use of digital trading platforms, research reports, and risk management
tools.
Address client complaints or issues promptly, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Track performance metrics and meet targets set by management for client acquisition,
revenue, and portfolio growth.
Generate periodic reports on client portfolios, market trends, and business development
activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; certification in NISM (National
Institute of Securities Markets) or related licensing.
Strong knowledge of stock markets, investment strategies, and financial products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities.
Proficiency in using trading platforms and financial software.
