Job Description:
  1. Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales and operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  2. Sales Management:
    • Oversee the development and execution of sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Manage sales, setting performance goals and providing support to help achieve targets.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  3. Operational Oversight:
    • Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, production, and logistics.
    • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Monitor operational performance metrics, including productivity, quality, and customer service levels, and take corrective actions as needed.
  4. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage budgets for sales and operations departments, ensuring financial targets are met.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
  5. Business Development
    • Foster a positive and productive work environment and professional growth.
  6. Reporting and Communication:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales and operational performance to senior management.
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making based on performance data and market analysis.

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in corporate sales 

should be comfortable with field work & client visits
