Job Description for the Position Business Development Manager (BDM)

 

  • Identifying prospective clients, generating business, thereby achieving business targets.
  • Meeting clients, showing presentations, follow up with customer for closures.
  • Relationship building with key clients accordingly generating new customers.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Conducting regular research on prospects for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated need
  • Developing new business initiatives with the client to increase the share of wallet. 
  • Understanding clients brief and articulate it into meaningful deliverable. 
  • Obtaining client feedback and drive increases in client satisfaction and engagement. 
  • Managing tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service. 

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 year of Corporate sales experience
  • Salary- 25-35k
  • Industry preference only from Media Industry
  • Smart & presentable
  • Strong communication & presentation skill
  • Job Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore/Chennai- 2 candidate in each location
  • Must have bike/Laptop
