Job Description:

Key Accountabilities 

  • Sales Order Processing in SAP - process sales order smoothly by efficient co-ordination, plan and forecast
  • After Sales Service - maintain and enhance customer satisfaction with prompt service
  • Co-ordination with production team for availability of the material
  • Handling export order
  • Follow up with customers for PO and payment & CHA and forwarder for pick up and booking shipment
  • Complete documentation process (Bank documents, COO, Insurance etc.)
  • Preparing MIS
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Check the outstanding payment & inform customer accordingly
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up with Area Managers and agents for ready orders

Key Responsibilities

  •  Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Sales Order Processing in SAP (S&D Module).
  • Excel Savvy
  • Pro-activeness

Education & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5-7 Years of experience in any industry, preferably MNC
  • Work Experience in SAP
