The incumbent will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies within a defined geographic region. This role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors, and ensuring successful promotion and product sales.     Responsibilities:  •   Develop and implement effective sales strategies for products in the assigned area.  •   Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.  •   Identify, appoint, and manage relationships with distributors in the region.  •   Collaborate with distributors to ensure proper product placement, visibility, and promotional activities.  •   Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and product launches to increase brand visibility and market share.  •   Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.  •   Conduct regular market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.  •   Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and recommend new product offerings.  •   Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and on-premise establishments.  •   Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.  •   Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.  •   Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.  •   Develop and manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.  •   Track expenses and report on budget variances.    Qualifications:    •   Proven experience in sales management within the beverage industry.  •   Strong understanding of beverage market dynamics, distribution channels, and competitor landscape.  •   Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data.  •   Willingness to travel within the assigned region
