Key Responsibilities : Supervise daily operations on the shop floor for door  Ensure production targets are met within specified time and quality  Coordinate with the planning and dispatch teams for smooth workflow and material Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure adherence to safetyConduct quality checks at various stages of production (cutting, pressing, finishing, ).
