Conduct Training Program of Inspectors to improve their multi skills level as per ‘TS’ Requirement. Knowledge of DOE, SPC & its implementation. Monitoring & Analysis of shop floor QA activities. Identify weak area & evaluate loss analysis in TPM through Kobetsu Kaizen (KK) pillar. Present monthly cost-saving data.
