Key Responsibilities :
∙Lead the architectural design, development, and implementation of SAP C4C solutions, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud modules. 
∙Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into detailed system specifications and functional designs for SAP C4C. 
∙Design end-to-end SAP C4C solutions, including configuration, custom development (SDK), UI adaptations, and reporting, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture and best practices. 
∙Define and oversee the integration strategy for SAP C4C with other critical systems, including SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), SAP PI/PO, 
and other third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. 
∙Provide expert technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to development and functional teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, quality, and performance. 
∙Ensure the optimal performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability of SAP C4C solutions. Conduct system analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements. 
∙Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for SAP C4C implementation and ongoing operations. 
∙Create comprehensive solution documentation, including architectural blueprints, functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and deployment strategies. 
 
∙Lead and facilitate workshops, fit-gap analysis, and design sessions with business users and technical teams. 
∙Stay abreast of the latest SAP C4C features, product roadmaps, industry trends, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, predictive analytics within C4C) to drive innovation and continuous improvement. 
∙Provide architectural input for project planning, effort estimation, risk assessment, and technical feasibility studies. Support go-live and post-production activities. 
Required Skills and Qualifications: 
∙Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
∙12+ years of overall SAP experience, with at least 10+ years specifically in SAP C4C. 
∙Proven hands-on experience with SAP C4C configuration, extensions (using Cloud Applications Studio/SDK), and integration methodologies (SAP CPI/HCI, PI/PO, 
Web Services, OData, IDocs). 
∙Strong understanding of SAP C4C data model, workflows, business objects, and UI configuration. 
∙Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing end-to-end SAP C4C solutions for complex business scenarios. 
∙Familiarity with various project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). 
∙Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. 
∙Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior business leadership. 
∙Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. 
Preferred Qualifications: 
∙SAP C4C Certification(s). 
∙Experience with other SAP CX (Customer Experience) solutions
